Easiest way is to leverage the Nitro backup/restore functionality.
- Backup your missions in the Nitro admin tool, may require going directly to solutions.console.bunchball.net
- Request that you get a brand new gamification key instance from our support team.
- Once the new instance is on your site you can 'restore' your missions
- Now you have a fresh (0 points for all) instance with all of your missions intact.
Thanks, Curtis Gross. I'm trying to figure all of this out now that Ted's gone off to MHE. Are there specific instructions somewhere for how to back-up one's missions? We are planning to reset our points, and I want to make sure I understand the steps and how long it will take so that we can announce a date.

How do I get access to this Curtis? My account information isn't working.
An important point worth noting on this thread - resetting the points will ALSO remove any badges that have been awarded to individuals. While you can apparently back-up the missions that have been created and restore those, there appears not to be a way to restore the previous badge awards. Perhaps this should have been obvious. But to be honest, it doesn't make sense for people to have to "re-earn" a badge that was designed to teach them how to do something, or was awarded as part of a competition or offline event, etc.
