This is a good question. When you are doing this via Add-Ons, this is baked into the Add-On interface via the "Reconnect to Service" option:
When using this feature, new ID and Secret keys are generated and sent to the remote service as a re-registration. Your service will need to handle this accordingly.
When you say App, are you suggesting an Application deployed via DevConsole?
I don't see any our applications under Add-On interface.
We've been accessing our applications from the Development Center (https://developers.jivesoftware.com/devcenter) and the jiveapps command line tools.
Do you have suggestions on how to proceed from this point of view?
Ahh, so 2 ways .... one way would be to update the application to use the new Add-On Framework (i.e. addons can contains apps). If not, then we will need to file a support request and we can work with engineering to force update / regen a new clientID / secret. Unfortunately there isn't a self-service interface for this feature.
