    Real-Time is enabled, but doesn't work...?

      Good morning -

       

      I've attached a screenshot of my browser, to show that my "Real Time" feature is enabled and showing in the bottom right of my browser, but I'm unable to interact with it and communicate with the team.  It appears to be global, and we're using the hosted version of Jive.

       

      I've tried the following:

      • Disable and re-Enable the Real-Time feature
      • Chrome and Firefox browser tests
      • Looking for any additional settings to interact with my "status" or anything else pertaining to real-time.

       

      Can someone please point me in the right direction to see what I can do to resolve this?  Thanks,
