Since your instance is Jive Hosted, you'll want to create a case in your customer support community to obtain access to our Jive Cloud Admin tool. You can access your support community by going to https://community.jivesoftware.com/support.jspa - or by navigating to "Help" then, "Customer Support" in the menu above.
