If you are on jive 6.0.3 or above then here is the link to the new iOS app
Android app is still not released. Put they can use browser to login. The experience on mobile browser is improved since 6.0.3.
If you are on jive 6.0.2 or below, then you have to rely in the old ios and android apps.

About customization, yes its possible to change logo and color to some extent. We have done it on our instance.

If you are in jive 7, i would suggest enabling the "jive for iOS" add-on.
The android one will soon be available.
If this add-on is enabled, then the users of the new mobile3 ios app have to enter creds only once.
then a token will be stored in their app. You can find more on iOS add-on on JC.

One more info, if you enable the "Jive for iOS" add-on the authentication type will be oauth for the app.
If you disable the add-on, the authentication type will be SAML for the app.

We want to make the Jive Mobile app available in our Company App Store and customize the logo, color etc.

Ohhhhh, no wonder I was surprised how come you are not getting the app to download.
The question sounded like that.
When you say "customise logo" (and since you have mentioned Company appstore), do you mean the logo of the app itself (the blue on white jive logo on appstore)?
Or logo of community inside the app?
Then I guess the first screenshot I added might help.
Thats the way we added a custom header image for our community on mobile.
And the options shown here are all that can be done on the default mobile app.
