We noticed that Sprint and Verizon have integrated their Jive communities very well into their Facebook pages and we would be interested in doing something similar for our community. Specifically, they have a direct path into their communities from their Facebook pages. They each had a Customer Support tab that opened a variety of different support options, including the communities. As our communities are not support-related, we would be more interested in having a Communities tab.
