    Sandbox caching issues

      I'm having issues with the developer sandbox. I tried accessing an app, while the backend was unavailable. Even though the system is back up, the sandbox is reporting that the backend system is unavailable.

      Using the health check of the addon reported a socket timeout, even though the health check url is accessible via a browser.

       

      I tried uninstalling and reinstalling, and now I cannot access my app at all, as the configure dialog displays the following:
