    Can you remove one of our invited users email from the "bounce list"


      Our employee patricia@customonit.com can not get the account invite, she is the only one in the whole company. Google Apps support said it is because she is on some sort of bounce list, can you erase her email from it?


      It's really hard to get this going without her part of our projects. They referred us to this thread https://community.jivesoftware.com/message/1410412#1410412  and said this was this issue. The faster you can resolve this the better!!!
