I'm following you now in the JC, so you can DM me the account details you are trying to validate and I can see about pushing them through. I did a quick look through the registrations and I do not see an account that I can discern is you that uses a Gmail/Google address. If you can send me the account information, along with the URL of the Jive Community you are trying to log into (just to confirm), that would help. We'll get you straightened out.

My email address is brandon.davis@seiu.org, when I have attempted to long in using, I've received the message that I already have an account, have tried to reset password, but email never appears in my inbox. Any help would be appreciated, I would like use the product and set my team up, but concerned about the technical difficulties.
