    Enterprise Community Managers: how do your organize your working group (i.e. Project Management) ?


      Hi Enterprise CMs,


      what project management tools or processes do you use to organize your teams work?


      With upgrades, bug fixes, communications, end user training.... there are lot of moving pieces! And a lot of detail coordination to make sure none of it slips through the cracks.


      The "Social World" moves fast- so have any of any of you figured out the way to keep up - but yet sort through the chaos? so that we can lead our teams in an organized less frenzied fashion?
