    Can't access customer support group using invite email

      I'm the primary contact for Ripple Effect Group Pty Ltd and yesterday received the invite email to our company's support group sent via Nick Church. As I was already a member of the Jive Community, trying the link in the email - whether I'm logged in to the community or not - won't add me to the group. I've also tried using the token and clicking on the 'MyJive' option in here with no success.


      I'm told this is a known issue - how can I get access to the company's support group so we can get our instance up and running?
