I am posting here because I was not able to access my Jive for some reason that I am not aware.
In the last two days I have tried to change the theme of my Jive Cloud Community (serendipityconsultoria.jiveon.com) and there was no response when I click on the links (blue circles) to make the changes. It is behaving oddly by going back to the community without selecting exit or save.
Could please check what the problem is with my community?
Is this problem specific to my community or is this affecting others in the cloud instance?
