    How to keep track of feedback, bugs, and enhancements within an external community?


      As a CM in a new community I am being inundated with some really great feedback, but it is coming at me in several directions. I am getting emails, face-to-face comments, private messages, new discussions, replies to content (public and secret), etc. I started creating a document to track these items, but it seems that there are other admin creating some form of a list as well.


      We need to have a formal process that a user can submit feedback. It should be done directly from within the community with the ability to be public facing so that others can see what has been submitted. The Ideas module might would work for this, but we currently do not have this activated. I tried to let users update a document with their ideas, but it turned into replies being posted instead. Any ideas around this would be helpful. Thanks!
