Our company just recently started using your product. We have several tasks that at minimum ten people will need to follow. Rather than typing in each person one-by-one with the hopes that we don't forget someone, we created a group email account via gmail. However, email notifications are not being sent to the group. Any ideas as to why or how we can create a "group" of followers?
Interesting to note, when we signed in as the Group Account to Edit the profile we requested a change in the password. Every person in the group received an email notification that the password was changed, but yet no one received notice when a note was posted on the task.
In order for notifications to be sent out, the email address must be validated. If you would like to provide me the email address I can confirm whether or not the this has been completed.
