I am currently experiencing issues with my password on my account for work. Each time I try to log in, despite the fact that I know what I set my password to, I am unable to log in. I am then forced to select the forget password option and set a new password. Once I have completed this step I am instantly logged in and can go about my business. The problem is that I seem to have to do this every time I log out or get logged out. I even tested this immediately after resetting my password. I logged out and tried to log back in and was not able to log in using the exact same password I used minutes before. Is there something wrong with my account? Am I missing a setting somewhere?
