The only translations we've done have been to Chinese, and those are hand-selected and personally translated by our Chinese team member. We don't have the budget or internal resources to offer more than that from our team, but my hope would be that as we begin to work more closely with other geographies and get local champions, we can look to them to provide help content translations where needed.
Thanks, Tracy! Our resources and budget are similar – not enough. Our colleagues in EMEA handle the translations right now, but it's a long and tedious process (often resulting in long delays getting the materials to their users) and they were hoping I could help them find a better way.
Lori Harrison-Smith we decided again creating training material for each language as we operate in 80 different countries. Also the up keep would be a nightmare for every change.
I spent time to create Training the Trainer sessions so they could relay the skills to our associates and kept our main training in English and rely on local advocates and experts to help out.
Love to speak with you about this need - this is a hot button for me, as we have created a solution for this exact case in another platform - and be great for Jive too!
This is a ubiquitous problem indeed - and tricky one, but we can solve ..
