This must have been asked/described before, but I could not find it in searching the Knowledge Base or documentation.
I want to place the words, "Was this document helpful?" and corresponding Yes and No checkboxes near the bottom of every document in my company Knowledge Base.
The "Like" feature is ignored and is not useful.
Can this be done in Jive 6 or 7?
Also, there should be a way to track the yes/no responses. It would be pointless if the stats were not obtainable.
It appears that if you have comments turned off the Helpful/Not helpful button doesn't appear. So silly. We want the helpful button to appear but don't want comments turned on. Not sure why they are tied to each other. We'll reach out to people if we get people marking it as unhelpful or enable comments on why it isn't helpful but we don't want a lot of side comments on our help documents.
