I am going to launch the store in my community in October. I have tested the system and see that the admin will get a notification email once someone in the community has purchased something (as the picture below)
My question is when the admin know that the userid 3275 has purchased something, how can the admin know that who is that userid (where can the admin search for name and address) so that the admin can send the purchase item to him/her.
Has anyone enabled the store in the community? Please suggest.
You can look in the Admin Console under "People” and search using the UserID. This should give you the Users Info. Also, the most successful implementation of the Store has been when it is "connected” to a fulfillment App to make the process less manual.
