    Password reset emails not working, can't reset, can't use service!


      My colleague is unable to gain access to his account due to the password reset emails not coming through.

      I am receiving normal update emails from Producteev on my email account and my colleague is receive emails from everywhere else.


      Nothing is appearing in spam/junk and there are no rules/filters in play. Its just not coming through.


      Please could anyone advise what the issue might be? As a network admin, is there anyway we can reset the password for a user manually?
