Bianca - this would be a great question for the panel discussion on next Tuesday at JiveWorld. The second panel will be focused on how are customers are using Jive in Healthcare - this would be a very timely interesting question - feel free to ask it of the panel.
In our case (corporate internal Jive), it's not really acceptable to bring up difficult (i.e. emotional charged) non-business topics. I kind of wish we could, but each organization has it's cultural comfort / maturity.
