    No emails for account verification or notification


      I invited a colleague to join my network but while he can read and update all the tasks he is not receiving any notification emails. It appears that his account has not been verified but if he requests another verification email nothing is delivered.


      Other people within the company have successfully joined the list and receive email notifications so I am assuming that somewhere his individual email address is being blocked. I have checked with our IT support division and there is no indication that emails have been received and then blocked in anyway.


      I am unsure how to troubleshoot this issue any further and would appreciate some guidance.
