I noticed that your mobile site is using an older version of our mobile platform (Jive Mobile Classic, aka Mobile 2). This is an older mobile implementation that is not available in Jive 7 and newer.
Could the problem be that you've happened to install the new Jive Mobile 3 app for your device instead of the older Jive Mobile Classic app? The new one will have a white icon, whole the old one will have a black icon. You will need to use the one with the black icon.
