Could you please guide how can we create reports on JIVE.
I read we do has "Customer Community Report" section but I am not sure where it is exactly.
Could you please share the right pointer.
First off, login to your Jive instance.
In the top right corner of your browser, click your name, a list of menu options should appear.
If you see "Community Manager Reports", those are the canned reports included with Jive.
If you do not see this option, contact your administrator and they can set you up with access.
Note that within the space itself, there is also another way to access reporting for a specific space under the "More" option (see below)
