Hi Rosalind Grozier - I'm sorry to hear about the issues with creating new polls!
I've just tried going to the create a new poll page in your instance to test and I wasn't running into any issues on my side. I was able to successfully type into the Poll body text area and the Choice text fields. I tried a variety of browsers too: Internet Explorer 9, Chrome, and Firefox.
I have a few questions to get a better sense of the scope of the issue:
- Are you still seeing the issue?
- Is this something that all people are seeing at this time, or is it only yourself or a select few people?
- What browser are you using?
- When you try to create a new Poll in Jive Community, do you see the same behavior?
The problem has resolved by itself. It was a affecting everyone we checked (about 12 people) randomly chosen across all departments. I think it was to do with traffic on the internet, rather than Jive or our network.
