I am interested in getting feedback from my community to gage their experience and wonder if this feature is available in Jive.
A customer visits the community, views pages, does not take action (ask a question, mark an answer helpful, add a comment, etc) – is it possible to have a question pop up asking if they:
Found their answer
Did not find their answer
Would like to be contacted for assistance
Do you think this pop-up mini survey would be
I wonder if it would aid in the engagement of lurkers as well.
