Second that. I'm also trying to find out the access to the Maven Archiva site.
I could nowhere find a link/tab to create a Support Case. Either something not enabled for my ID or I'm missing the flow to create support case.
Anyone to help?
You will need to create a new Support Case in your secret support group (also called the MyJive Group), requesting access to the Maven site. Our account support team will then work directly with you to set up a new account and will share your credentials with you in that case.
If you are a part of your organization's secret support group then you can go to the following URL to quickly jump to it:
If you are not a member of your organization's secret support group then you will need to reach out to your community manager who owns your organization's support group - They can help invite you to the support group where you can create new support cases.
Hi Samarth Shekhar - All Jive customers with an active contract and a valid license will have a secret support group set up where they can create new support cases - This is where we can set up your Maven access and work directly with you. You must have a license with Jive and a secret group in order to access Maven.
Do you have an active license with Jive?
Hi David Bastedo,
We don’t have a Jive license yet.
This brings me to the next query. We are looking for the Latest On-Premise version of Jive which i think is 7.0.x
1) What are the steps for becoming Jive partner?
2) How and whom should we approach for the license?
3) Is there any pre-requisites for having the license?
