    What are you measuring in your EoY reports?


      It is that time of year when we are asked to provide a number of reports -  executive summaries, community health analytics and various user adoption scorecards.  What are some of the things you are measuring and benchmarking for 2015?  There is of course the holy trinity of active, contributing, and participating members, but what else?  Are you measuring bounce rate through Google Analytics?  Are you putting rewards in place for most active users or spaces? 


      I am happy to share my report with everyone (minus sensitive data of course) but it would be great to understand how everyone else is measuring success as well.  Happy 2015 to all!
