Hi, we are piloting the use of Producteev in our group and apparently none of my team members in the network can receive notifications via email (we've checked our settings and it's all ticked accordingly). What should we do about this? We plan to utilize this tool and move forward when all are ok.
Network = Misys CSPMO
email domain = @misys.com (I tried sending a task from my email to Producteev, it went through and I also got an email response from Producteev, so I dont think it's blocked from our end).
