What best practices exist for having a products organization (Product Management or Engineering) utilize and participate in a Customer / External community? We have some ideas, but the leadership of our products team is asking for things that have already been tried and successfully implemented by other Jive customers. What is working for you?
Our suggestions so far have been:
Read customer threads to see what the hot topics are, use to drive future roadmap
Ask questions/post polls to get feedback on product ideas
Post videos/blogs to show thought leadership around their products
Solicit beta customers
Create private groups for getting feedback from Beta customers
