Re: Leaderboard for customers only
CurtisG Jan 29, 2015 9:44 AM (in response to jaritars)Hey Jarita - how many employees are showing up in the leaderboard? There is a way to hide people from the leaderboard, but that does mean those users stop gaining points as well.

jaritars Jan 29, 2015 9:54 AM (in response to CurtisG)Hi Curtis – Of the top 100, probably 50 are employees – and the top 20 for sure are. Unfortunately we don’t want them to stop gaining points, we just want to celebrate the customers who are “winning” separately from the employees.

Re: Leaderboard for customers only
christina.keimig Feb 9, 2016 9:25 AM (in response to lyndsay_lantz)I have set up daily limits on the number of times they can earn points for specific actions. For example, they can't create more than a certain number of discussions (for points) or documents, etc. I have limits set for each content type, for comments, likes, etc. as far as points possible per day. It has helped a lot, I believe.
