    Unable to reset password - e-mail not registered


      I am trying to set up Producteev for the company I am working with.  However, I initially set it up under my name and the company e-mail.  However, I have forgotten that password and when I try to change the password via the link in the reset e-mail, I get a red bar and error that our company is not in the data base.  What have I done wrong?
