    New ACCOUNT QUESTION

      Can a Producteev account person please answer this question.  My account was working fine and now I can not access anything.

      When I go onto the site I can't open any action items and when I get an email assignment it says "Faled to load item preview - User not authenticated" even though I authenticated my account when I first signe up.

       

      Please help!
