We are in a testing phase right now - before we launch our site and we noticed that many notifications are going into people's email spam folder vs. their inbox. Has anyone experienced this and does anyone know why this might be the case. (We are on JiveX).
Hey Scott K Wilder - I haven't seen too many reports of this type of behavior in the past. I expect this is caused by some sort of configuration on your mail servers that outside of Jive's control.
We typically recommend whitelisting the Jive mail servers found in the document below. You can also create a new SPF record to ensure that all emails sent by Jive are being accepted by your mail server:
