Hi Nayana Thorat - In order to troubleshoot this Jive will likely need to take a look at a copy of the email that this error is coming from, as well as a copy of your Jive for Outlook logs. Since this is confidential information, this is something that is going to be best handled in a secret support case.
Secret support cases can only be created in your organization's secret support group - Unfortunately it does not look like you're a member of any such secret support groups. Can you coordinate with your community manager to have them create a new case around this issue so we can take a look? It may also be worth having the administrator of that group add you so you can participate in the case investigation.

we are also experiencing the same problem but only while converting email to discussion from sent items.

Hi Charu Gulati - It looks like the issue may be tied to bug ID JENSO-7125, which prevents some emails from converting into Jive. The issue has been fixed in latest Cloud release, as well as Jive 8. There were also some reports that the issue could be worked around by removing custom signatures from emails, although I am not sure if this is possible if you're converting previously sent emails.
