I too have experienced periods of great slowness. It often seems to happen when I am demo-ing the site. :-) It makes Jive look bad. I had heard slowness problems have improved over time, but I see them way too often. What is being done to improve Jive performance? I'm also concerned because from a UX point-of-view, customers are way more satisfied with snappy sites.
