We have over 80 sub-products that are add-ons to our main product. This could potentially grow. Each sub-product has a few videos, discussions, and documents. I would like to be able to separate the relevant content for each sub-product.
Managers would like to be able to view everything in one area and search across sub-products, but employees don't need to see materials from sub-products they aren't working on.
How would you handle this?
One space with categories? A sub-space for each sub-product? Individuals might be working on a few of these sub-products, but not all of them all at once.
