Hi Priyanka - There is no way today for Jive Cloud admins to to customize the onboarding process. I do know that in Jive Custom there are customers who have disabled this feature, but it does not look like this option is available in Jive Cloud. I am following up with our products team internally to verify this.
In the meantime, it may be worth while posting an idea in the Ideas for Jive space around adding a feature to customize the onboarding / getting started functionality - I suspect other community members will be able to add their support.
Hi Priyanka Dave - I've heard back from our product team on this feature and currently our Jive Support team does have the ability to turn off the On Boarding / Getting Started functionality within your Jive Cloud instance. This is approved on a case by case basis. Our product team is investigating what it would take to build out a more robust On Boarding feature set down the road, so some of the behavior may change at a later date.
If you would like to have Jive Support disable this then I would recommend submitting a new support case in your organization's support group in Jive Community: Arthur W. Page Society. This way we can track the request with your organization's group and get it processed.

Also, do you have an idea about when the next cloud release would go out? We are figuring out the new News feature (currently optional) so would be nice to have a timeframe in mind to prepare.
