These are configurable using the following system properties.
Boundary between Neutral and Good
jive.impactstats.sentiment.tier.two.threshold = 5
Boundary between Good and Exceptional
jive.impactstats.sentiment.tier.three.threshold = 15

I must quibble with the Sentiment explanation, however. I believe the correct way to represent the default values for the labels is this way:
There is no % sign for Sentiment, and a threshold value can only apply to the higher label. Further, I am not certain if we changed the default setting, but what I see in our Sentiment results is "Positive" rather than "Good."
