I am getting this error on iPhone app while accessing community.jivesoftware.com since the day that spam attack happened on JC.
This was the same time mobile inbox was inaccessible for a while.
After this all was fixed, I was able to access stuff, but I get this error.
We're also seeing this error on our community after implementing a vanity URL.

As a recap, this question was also filed as a support case in your secret group here on the community. After reviewing through your logs this was linked to a known issue in the latest release (3.3) of the mobile app, IOS-131.
The bug (IOS-131) occurs because the latest version of the Mobile App is checking for the "News" feature which is not present on older installations of Jive (pre-Jive Cloud). News is a feature which was added to the latest Cloud customers, the Mobile App was updated to check for this feature, however it's showing content not found because it doesn't exist in older versions of Jive.
At this time there is no ETA available for a fix version. However, if you would like to track this issue I would encourage you to file a case in your Jive Community secret group where we can confirm this is the cause and link the bug for tracking.
