Is there a way to assign badges via API?

We have over a thousand users to whom we want to assign badges retroactively, based on their attendance to previous conferences.

Is there a way to assign badges to a csv list of people via the Bunchball UI or via the Jive or Bunchball API?

Are you using the gamification module to track/reward activity outside of JIVE?(for reference)

  Yes, you can do this with the bunchball api. Keep in mind that you will need an additional license from bunchball if you want to send events from your app/plugin. The license of the advanced gamification module (aka the Bunchball plugin) only covers Jive activities AFAIK
