One of our online groups has 40 followers. Recently a discussion was posted on the group and I look at the Email metric in the community manager report and it shows only 14 emails were generated from this content. What does that mean? Why not 40 emails? Our whole purpose is for our group members to receive email notifications whenever a new discussion is posted there. Does that mean only 14 group followers received the notifications and others remained completely unaware of the new content? What might have happened here?
