    Single Sign On

      Hi,

      I would Single Sign On enabled on my account.  How would I get this option enabled?

          Hi Oscar,

           

          While this request could vary depending on your instance's current configuration, if you are interested in integrating your current Jive instance with your single sign-on provider I would suggest checking out the Single Sign-On section of the Jive Documentation which includes information on various forms that are supported in the Jive Platform. 

           

          Additionally, if your specific instance is already integrated with your single sign-on provider and you are having an issue with a specific account I would recommend either reaching out to your community manager or submitting a case in your Jive Community secret group where a support engineer can assist in further investigations.
