    Bad gateway when logging in to Innovate

      I am encountering this error from time to time while trying to login. Is this an SSO issue or our Jive instance?

          Hi Charles,

           

          From the URL present in your screenshot (extsps-qa.lexmark.com) I am not showing this as a URL for an instance hosted with Jive. As such this would either point to an error initiating from your SSO or could be the URL of an on-premise instance of Jive you are hosting.

           

          If this issue is for an on-premise instance of Jive I would recommend opening up a case in your secret support group here in the Jive Community so that the next available support engineer can collect logs and additional, potentially private information, pertaining to your instance which will help in further investigations.
