    Do all employees need a personal email address?

      We have 7 people working at my business but only 4 of us have business email addresses. All of us use computers and it would be wonderful to IM each other with a free service. The three people who don't have work email addresses don't send emails to other people so they aren't necessary. Well that and our website only includes 5 email addresses and we haven't needed to purchase the capability of having more. Advice would be appreciated. Thanks!
