    Localize Registration (Jive 7.x Hosted)

    dmassaro

First off, I want to confirm whether the registration pages are localized for OOTB fields? If so, is there a way to localize custom fields? If the fields are not localized OOTB, is there a way to localize?

      Thanks,

      Dominic

          Hi Dominic.

The registration pages, as well as other pages an unauthenticated user can see, should render its locale based on the user's browser locale (depending on the browser it's a setting or is simply inherited from the OS locale).

The OOTB profile fields are localized for all Jive's supported languages, while custom fields allows you to add localization manually.

Here is a set of screenshots of the process in the admin console if you were adding custom fields with translations:

Please note you'll be limited to provide translations only for the supported languages.

          Hope this helps.

          Cheers.

          Dan
