    Tags Only Visible To Certain Users?


      We have some stakeholders who would like the ability to create tags only visible to certain groups within the company.  For instance, a SME comes across a complaint that would be relevant to the the product team they could tag it with something like "Product Customer Complaint" and it would only be visible by a predefined group.  This would allow different BUs to come to the community and quickly see what is relevant to them.  Has anyone done this before?
