I do not think this is possible, but you could just use codes for these tags and then setup an internal space with tag widgets that say what they actually are.
12132 = Product complaint
13242 = Service complaint
33211 = Sales complaint
You could change the taxanomy a bit but it could do what you want without making it too noticeable.
We use Resonata to look for these types of sentiment based items, but tagging would work for a quick human gauge.
