    How big is your team?


      I'm the sole community manager for our platform, doing everything from setting the vision to creating the educational components for user training and then handling service issues/requests. At times it feels like it's too broad of a scope for me to feel like I'm being effective in any of these areas or that I'm able to focus on doing them as well as I'd like to.


      How big is your team? How did you build out a business case to increase your team size? Or how do you allocate responsibilities when it comes to your community?
