I see that a case was addressed in your Private Support group to enable SAML.
I wanted to follow up here in case others members of the community have a similar question.
Jive Support can insert the metadata for cloud customers and perform a restart. However if there are any customizations or new SSO configurations that need to be made, it will require a Professional Service engagement.
Can an on-premise customer also use Jive-Okta without any additional module? Is there any good documentation available in JC about this integration?
