    Guidelines for support admins to avoid accessing private content?


      Hi Jive Team,


      What are the guidelines for Support admins to avoid accessing private content as the whole set of data is accessible to them via:

      •       Accessing Activity Streams,
      •       On the Search

      and they might end up accessing private content and will gets added in the Impact Metrics.


      What are the suggestions from existing customers?


      Is it like admins should not access activity streams & should not use search ??


      Is there a way to implement this restriction to support admins?
