I see where you have also filed this as a case in your customer group here in the Jive Community. Reviewing through it:
this is the default format of the breaks since when the response is pulled it prints out the contents on a single line so it uses the HTML character   to denote the line break in the message. There is no out of the box feature available to change this though when you are compiling the data you should be able to run a replace character or create a regex command to replace these to make it less tedious.
You can close this case and we just keep the same one in the "ADP- Employee Community" group.
